Limia Store Return Policy

 

1. Right of withdrawal.

1.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the ordered goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act.

1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us of their decision by sending a statement to the e-mail address: zwroty@limia.pl. The statement must be sent before the expiry of 14 days from the receipt of the goods. A withdrawal form may be used, but it is not mandatory.

2. Return conditions.

For a return to be possible, the following conditions must be met:

2.1 The goods have not been used, damaged, or impaired in a way that reduces their value.

2.2 The goods are in their original, undamaged packaging, if such packaging exists.

2.3 The product does not belong to the category excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, i.e.:

  • personalized products, e.g., made to individual order,
  • perishable products, e.g., food,
  • products that lose their health or hygiene properties after opening, e.g., cosmetics, cleaning products,
  • products delivered in sealed packaging that have been opened.

3. Return costs.

3.1 The costs associated with returning the goods are borne by the Customer. The store does not cover the costs of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or a store error.

3.2 In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the store only refunds the cost of purchasing the goods, not the delivery costs.

4. Return procedure.

4.1 To make a return, the Customer should contact customer service at the e-mail address: zwroty@limia.pl, providing the order number, contact details, and including "Return" in the subject line.

4.2 Upon receiving the notification, the store will send instructions on further proceedings, including the return address.

4.3 The returned goods should be sent to the address indicated by the store in response to the notification.

5. Refund.

5.1 The store will refund the full amount paid for the order within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods, provided that all return conditions have been met.

5.2 The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to another form of refund indicated by the store or through negotiation.

5.3 The store reserves the right to refuse to accept a return if the conditions set out in this Return Policy are not met.

6. Complaints.

6.1 In the event of receiving defective goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Act on warranty for physical defects, Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code.

6.2 A complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing the defect, but no later than 60 days from the delivery of the goods.

6.3 To submit a complaint, the Customer should contact customer service at the e-mail address: zwroty@limia.pl, providing the order number, description of the defect, contact details, and including "Complaint" in the subject line of the email.

6.4 Complaints will be processed within 14 business days, and in case of the need to contact the supplier, the processing time may be up to 30 business days.

7. Additional information.

7.1 The store reserves the right to make changes to this Return Policy, about which the Customer will be informed through an update on the website.

7.2 Any disputes arising from the performance of sales contracts will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of the store, unless legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
